Air Jordan 17
The Air Jordan 17 XVII's defining functional design element, which was later replicated on the Air Jordan XXIII model, is its reinforced midsole that provides a very stable chassis for the shoe. The Air Jordan XVII comes equipped with a removable mid-foot strap, Zoom Air sole, dynamic-fit sleeve, hidden quick lace system, lace-locks, leather uppers, and carbon-fiber sheath. The shoe was partly inspired by Jazz music. A closer look at the shoe will reveal molded in jazz notes. The shoe was also inspired by the sleek and luxurious look of Aston Martin vehicles. The design of the outsoles is said to come from a golf course which Michael Jordan frequented.
